We identify ‘Special Construction’ projects as those demanding processes or operational compliance (e.g. environmental sensitivity, client-specific initiatives, and cooperation with the attending public), site access restriction, highly specific end-user requirements or those that aspire to exhibit a level of artistic expression significantly beyond that of mainstream modern construction.
At Brennan properties, We are able to consider contracts up to 10 million or larger in a Construction Management role.
