Brennan Properties is a fully licensed and registered Irish owned property restoration and renovation company that has completed a large number of projects across Ireland. Whilst capable of undertaking contracts of up to €10 million in value, we are equally committed to small works parcels below €100k.

We have over 30 years of experience in property restoration and renovation. Our well trained staff are driven to save you time and minimise any disruption during the maintenance or renovation works. We will coordinate all trade teams and ensure that works for your home or investment property are completed to a high standard in a timely and cost effective manner.
